Dr. Jennifer Loquine joined the team in May 2025, bringing with her two decades of experience in the veterinary field. Dr. Loquine earned her undergraduate degree in Animal Science from the University of New Hampshire and went on to receive her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. She also completed a rotating internship at the Advanced Veterinary Care Center in Los Angeles, further expanding her clinical skills and knowledge.
Dr. Loquine’s veterinary journey began long before vet school, with hands-on experience as a veterinary assistant and work at a dairy barn during college. Originally planning to become a dairy veterinarian, she ultimately found her passion in small animal medicine. She is driven by the fulfillment of helping animals recover from illness or injury and finds deep satisfaction in the relationships she builds with pet owners through education and collaboration.
Outside of the hospital, Dr. Loquine enjoys running, reading, and traveling, and loves cheering on her daughter at sporting events. She shares her home with three dogs and two cats, and continues to find joy and purpose in the ever-evolving challenges of veterinary medicine.

Dr. Chelsea Mannion joined the Sandbank team in September 2024, bringing over 15 years of hands-on experience in veterinary medicine. Before becoming a veterinarian, she spent five years working as a technician—an experience that deepened her appreciation for every part of pet care. She went on to earn her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine, and has been caring for pets and their people ever since.
What Dr. Mannion loves most about her work is the chance to build lifelong relationships with patients and their families. She’s especially passionate about rescue and adoption—and her home is proof! She shares life with two dogs (Sky and Gus), two cats (Cameron and Charlie), and three ferrets (Calvin, Hobbes, and Susie).
When she’s not at the clinic, you’ll likely find her outdoors with her family, out for a run, or squeezing in a strength training session before enjoying some well-earned downtime. We are so thrilled to have Dr. Mannion on our team!
